Jerald said this is an excellent business and they did fine, but the door latch is still not opening right. He has to pull the handle all the way for the door to open. He brought it back but it is still not to his satisfaction and he paid good money for it. An employee told him this was about the best that could be done. The rest of the doors open just fine as soon as he pulls on the handle. He said he could probably remove the door panel himself and try to see if he could fix it, but perhaps the facility could also do this without charging him more. The staff is great.
