Spoke with Barbara. She said she was not satisfied with her overall experience with this business and she was not happy. She said she got the vehicle back two days ago, which was later than promised. The vehicle was delayed and there was no reason provided for the delay. She was not kept informed and was not happy with their communication over the reasons already mentioned. She chose not to specify why she was not happy with the person who prepared her estimate. She would not recommend this business over the reasons already mentioned.
