Michael said he thought this business was going to replace his whole bumper but they only repaired the left side of it. He is not happy because the left side looks new, but the right side looks old. His vehicle was returned to him two days later than promised but he was not told what caused the delay. The delay caused him to have to walk everywhere with his kids and it was very inconvenient. They did not keep him informed because he had to keep calling them to get the status of his vehicle. He was not satisfied with the communication because they did not keep in contact with him. They also did not communicate with the insurance company to keep them informed. He said he would recommend this business only because it is the only business in his area that the insurance company recommends and he stated he feels like he has no choice.
