Kendra said she had to go back four times to this business to have one piece taken care of. They kept ordering the wrong part due to the misdirection of the parts company. She finally had to tell them how to fix the part by telling them how to make it fit. She felt inconvenienced by having to return back for the same part 4 times. She was absolutely satisfied with the treatment of the customer service.
