Martha said it took the facility a little bit longer than she would have liked to return her calls. There was a problem with one of the wheels being repaired and they weren't letting her know what was going to be done about it. It ended up taking an extra week but she isn't sure if the delay was due to the insurance company or something else. She was not satisfied with the communication for the reasons mentioned.
