Jackie said she is somewhat satisfied with the experience but will be returning her vehicle to the business next week for them to keep overnight to get additional issues resolved. There is a burnt rubber smell coming from her vehicle that was not there before her accident. The business has tried before to locate this and has been unable to. There is also a rattling noise coming from the vehicle. She was not happy that the business put weights on her aluminum rims to balance the tires. She mentioned it makes them look ugly.
