Fern said she's been doing business with them for so long that she can't remember when she started. They were behind because they were so booked. Dan stepped in, and got extra help so the vehicle could be completed on time. They even delivered her vehicle and were nice enough to help her get her tires out of the vehicle. Those tires weigh a lot and she can never thank them enough. She will continue to recommend them and she would really like to put up a billboard, to let everyone know how great they are.

"They exceed expectations."
Twice we have had our car in for service and twice they encountered a problem that would have meant more time and money at another garage; however, they performed the work quickly and economically.

Brothers always has provided my family with courteous quality service at a reasonable value. They have provided convenient transportation to and from work and we did get to talk about the quote for some additional work..as always courteous and reasonable. I highly recommend them for Mechanical or Body work as you will not be disappointed. *****

"Quality Service"
I r eally enjoy the quality service of Brothers and feel like they are reasonable in their pricing neither cheap not expensive but what i consider a fair value for a job well done. The only reason this is not 5 stars is when i took my car in last saturday they needed to put together a quote for the work and although i have emailed and called i still do not have an estimate so i am guessing they do not want to do the job but all they have to do is say as such

Pat said this facility is wonderful. They are honest, respectful of the customer and don't talk down to her. They're helpful and give her a ride home when she needs it. Jessica said the business did a very good job. They were very fair, and the communication was good. She took her vehicle there for a diagnostic on a clunking sound. They told her it was the brakes, but she is planning to take it someplace else because it is definitely not from the brakes.

"Fast, reliable work at a fair price - with great customer service."
I had some routine work done (coolant system drain, flush and refill and an oil change). Rather than have me wait around, Dan drove me home when I brought in my car and then picked me up when it was done. Excellent customer service!
