Spoke with Ling. She said her husband took his vehicle to this business for them to fix the tracking on one of their windows. They gave him an oil change and they charged him for it, but he did not ask for it. They want their money back. They paid $102.86 for this service since he was unaware that they were going to do this. The service was great and she would recommend them.

Carl said he went to get a tune-up and an alignment. He is familiar with the prices but there was a mark-up price for the alignment. The business does not do the alignments, they use another facility. The business did a mark-up on the price because they were using another business for the alignment. He was given the alignment price the other business was charging, so he was alright. He appreciates the service and he will be back.
