Kay said she brought her vehicle in because they were going to rebuild her engine. When she was given her vehicle back, her vehicle was noisier than ever. She called Toyota and they told her that the engines are not supposed to be that loud. She is going to check the serial number and find out if it's even her engine. With the last repair place she went to, she did business with them for 50 years. She noted she doesn't think she'll be back in or if she will recommend this place of business.

A COMMITMENT TO SERVICE EXCELLENCE IS MY PREMISE. THERE ARE TIMES WHEN SUBLET WORK DOES NOT MEET MY STANDARDS. THAT`S WHY I MAKE THE EFFORT TO CORRECT CUSTOMER CONCERNS. WHEN A PROBLEM OCCURS THAT I WAS NOT ENVOLVED DIRECTLY, I STAND BEHIND IT. IF THE CAR,OR BUMPER DAMAGE OCCURS, AND I`M NOT SURE WHO`S AT FAULT, I TAKE CARE OF IT. THAT`S WHAT SEPERATES ME FROM ALL OTHERS. I`LL GIVE YOU 100% TO TRY AND CORRECT ALL CONCERNS, I PROMISE!!
