Gail said she is not too happy. She was about two blocks away from home after the visit and her vehicle had to be taken back. A diagnosis was done and the oxygen sensor was replaced as well as a radiator cap.

WE TRIED TO CONTACT GAIL TO DISCUSS HER CONCERNS BUT, SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. THE VEHICLE IN QUESTION WAS REPAIRED EFFICIENTLY AND CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE. SO I`M CONFUSED ON MY RATING? VEHICLE HAD ADDITIONAL ISSUES, THAT GAIL COULD NOT AFFORD TO FIX, THAT WERE POINTED OUT AT NO CHARGE. I GUESS SOME PEOPLE CAN NOT BE SATISFIED AND LACK APPRECIATION FOR OUR INTEGRITY AND EFFORT!!
