Spoke with Luis. He said he is not completely satisfied with the work. The fender is being rubbed by the tire. The vehicle was about 7 to 10 days late because the business was busy. These are the reasons he probably would not recommend the business to others.

Javier said this business did well, but they can improve. He had to return his vehicle to this business because a few unspecified things were not complete. He had to wait two weeks longer than the promised time. They told him they were backed up with other vehicles.

Greg said he had to take his vehicle back because there was grease on his sun visor and his ceiling. He also had to take it back because the right axle had a defect on it. Other than that, it turned out great.

Kelly said her vehicle was kept about two weeks longer than they expected. They did not give her a reason. They cracked and replaced her windshield. She would not go back and she would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.

Peter said he did not get any body or paint work done on his vehicle during this visit. When they replaced the window of his vehicle the auto button on the window no longer worked. He was still pleased with this business.
