"They were dazed and confused"
I dropped my car off Friday 5PM. I prepaid for an oil change, with the instructions to do the oil change when ever they could fit it in. They called me around 2 Saturday afternoon to ask me why my car and keys were there? A couple of hours later it was ready. I just hope that they remembered to change the oil and check all the fluids. I asked the service manager if he could upgrade my car wash for my troubles, but he would not. So much for customer service!
