It's too bad. Wrote a great review about them a couple months ago. Brought our Murano to get the sensor reset. (Finishing the job from the last time we brought it in) Was told they were unable to do it and was treated like shit. The guy kept asking "So what do you expect us to do about it" and "call the manager tomorrow if you have an issue" also "Its not my problem". Along with a crappy attitude from the tech, we left without getting anything taken care of. Went back the next day to speak with manager. Got the issue fixed. Manager was nice and respectful but really dont want to take the chance and bring our vehicle back fearing I might have to deal with the disrespectful "know it all" tech that doesnt know customer service in the least. Don't think we'll be back unfortunately.
