"First time being disappointed."
Hi Perry, I wish I could rate the visit higher as I have always been very happy with our service at your shops in the past. However this time it was pretty disappointing. I had called ahead for an appointment to have my TPMS reset as it was not set properly at your shop on my previous visit. But when I got there for my appointment, the TPMS relearn tool was not there yet. So I was told that it was on the way. After waiting an hour in the waiting area I asked what the status was and the clerk said the TPMS tool was not there yet. So he called your other shop and they said it was delivered 30 minutes ago! So they looked around and found the tool and then it took about another 30 minutes to finish the reset. And now unfortunately after all this, the reset was still not done properly as the light is coming back on after driving 10 miles or so. It starts not showing up but starts blinking after 10 miles or so. And I think the tech was struggling with the reset as he kept having to repeat his steps. He must have finally just disconnected and reconnected the car battery as all of our presets on our radio were wiped out and our clock was back to 12:00. So pretty disappointed.
