Great service really makes a difference!
My 1998 Corvette had a laundry list of items in need of repair or servicing. The online price list made it easy to plan and budget my repairs. When I took the car in, Davis, my service manager simply listened to my concerns and went on to offer what I thought were really great solutions. He really meant it when he said they don't try to sell you services you don't need. Finally, the feather in the cap, was the wash and wax job. My 18 year old car had scuff marks and scratches all over it (all noted on the service request sheet by Davis from his pre-inspection ) and I don't know how, but that detailer made them all go away! My car looks brand new! I went out of my way to find and tip that young man. You have a customer for life and I will tell everyone I know about my great experience!
