Michael said the person who said he would order something and install it for him in 2 days told him he forgot to do so. He apologized but did not follow up with that service. They left scuff and oil marks during the last service. They installed his back roll back cover but it kept coming unhinged with each stop. He would have appreciated it if they had informed him up-front that they could not help him.

Danny said this business was very friendly. He took his vehicle in for a warranty job that was supposed to be free. They told him what he brought his vehicle in for was not the problem and they proceeded to replace another part that cost $750. When he got his vehicle home, he noticed the problem he originally took his vehicle in for was still present because it was still leaking. Now he is out of a lot of money and the problem never got fixed. As of right now, he is in a dispute with them, trying to figure out what they are going to do about his vehicle. They have not called him back in 4 days to tell him what they are going to do about his vehicle.

"Mix up & where to blame - customer pays............"
Moved truck from another garage to C & L. C & L diagnosed the issue said it was a different issue & said they could repair cheaper & better. After being stranded 3 separate times after all the repairs - in the end, the original issue was correct and C & L blamed us (the customer) and we paid.

Instructions for Operating the Liftgate


1. Start the truck engine and make sure the truck is in “Park” (if equipped) or “Neutral” and the parking brake is set. Turn on the liftgate auxiliary switch in the cab.
