Spoke with Glenda. She said this is her vehicle, and she brought it in for repairs. She stated she got her vehicle back 3 or 4 weeks late, because this business kept finding more damage. Even though Glenda insisted she was satisfied with the quality of the repair, she has to return to this business for the following issues. She remarked the alignment is off, and the air conditioner doesn't work. Glenda explained she brought this vehicle to this business in the winter, and because it was winter she doesn't think this business checked out the air conditioning. Glenda commented the personnel were super nice.
