"Friendly, Fast and Efficient!"
From the minute I walked into California Auto Centers in Murrietta, I was in good hands!
Erin took charge and answered all my questions, even pointing the way to relax in the waiting room with a cup of coffee! I was very pleased with the customer service and will definitely return to their shop for other services!

"Staff is very friendly & helpful. Finished the work on schedule."
Excellent service and I like that they don't suggest all kinds of extra work that needs doing. Will be back for my oil change later this year.

"GERMAN CAR EXPERTS"
I knew I had a brake problem and they confirmed my worst fears but educated me on the Quattro all wheel drive features. Basically you can't run four tires with four different tread depths; that in itself is a long story. I trust Joe and his well trained technicians more than the dealer............and the dealers are ok.

"Professionalism and honestly."
Great people to work with. They recognized the the issue with one of our cars and after checking it called to let us know that issue was nothing to do with the car but simply not having the gas cap tight. I am sure other place they might have tried to do something and call it a fix and charge us accordingly and we may not have known the real issue. The unusual part of this check was that not a single penny was charged to us. That is what I call honest assessment.

Roy said when he spoke with Triple A, they told him this business would consider him first. He decided to take his vehicle in on Monday and he didn't get his vehicle back until Wednesday. It took too long and they gave him the runaround all day Tuesday. They had to wait for the parts to arrive.
