I had to wait 19 seconds to talk to anyone as you were helping other customers. I had stopped in impromptu to make an appointment for later in the week to get my oil changed. Once Meghan and Gene (Senior) both turned my way, they said they couldn't do my oil change for at least 3 more minutes. Between customers coming in and towing calls we only had time to chat about my Driver's Ed classes, swim lessons, addicting soda choices and alternative chilling drinks on a very hot day.
I refuse to return to your establishment until 3,000 miles or I need some good conversation, which ever comes first.
