Angelo said they fixed his flat tire, but they added $20 to their estimate for work they knew from the beginning they would have to do. He said $10 was for re-programming the computer for tire air pressure and $10 was for putting the tire back in the trunk. He said an extra $20 does not make a big difference, but he would not recommend them because the estimate was not true. He said if they are this arbitrary over a flat tire, how would they be with engine repair, they could charge whatever they want.
