Capitol Auto Parts does a very good job of accomodating customer needs, diagnosing and explaining the issues, and coming up with fair pricing. My only minor issue with my last visit, was not being called as promised, when the vehicle would be ready (and I realize things do get busy). but because I didn't get the call I assumed the car was still being worked on, when it was actually ready, and I could have picked up the vehicle sooner. Other than that I am very pleased with the service, especially dealing with Chris and Ellis.
