Spoke with Shawn. She stated she was not given a time for when the vehicle would be ready. She did not answer if she was kept adequately informed during the repair process or if she was satisfied with the communication because she said there was no communication. The only communication she had with this business during the repair was a call 6 to 7 days after she dropped the vehicle off to say it was done. She would not recommend this business to others because there was a major issue with the rental vehicle. When she had called to schedule the repair she had requested a rental vehicle through the business. She specifically asked for a vehicle to seat 6 people since she has 4 children. She had been promised this would be taken care of and a 6 passenger vehicle would be available. After she dropped off the vehicle she went to the rental place and was told it was impossible. She was told the business had made a note requesting a 6 passenger vehicle, and they had guaranteed it, but there were no vehicles like that. She said it was frustrating she did not have a 6 passenger vehicle while her vehicle was in the business because there were 4 events she had to take her children to that were over 2 hours away. Because of this she had to drive two vehicles to these events which was very expensive with gas costing what it does. She said it was a shame about this part of the experience because they did a good job on the repair. Due to these issues, she won't recommend this business.

She had no problem with our repair, her problem is with Enterprise RAC who has an office in our facility. She clearly states that we requested the proper vehicle for her, so she is judging us because of another business
