Ronald said this business promised that the work would take 2 hours, but it took 5 hours because they had to paint his mirror and they never told him. He had to call and ask whether or not his vehicle was ready. He said the service department was very nice, but they could have informed him that they were going to paint his mirror and put a new mirror on. He said they have been very good to him, they listen, and they treat him well. He said he understands that there are a lot of customers.
