Richard said they did a good job, but they were optimistic about the time when his vehicle would be ready. He dropped his vehicle off on Tuesday and they told him it would take about 3 hours to repair. It wasn't ready, so he decided to leave it overnight. When they called him on Wednesday they told him it was ready to be picked up, but they were still working on it when he got there. He had to wait for another half an hour for them to repair his vehicle. He was not kept adequately informed. He had to ask and call them about the status of his vehicle.
