Kathleen said her check engine light came on after the repair. She said she called them to schedule an appointment so they could fix her light. They told her to bring her vehicle back on Monday. When she got there they didn't have the equipment to fix her light, so they told her to come back the next day. She said she had to miss a day of work because they changed the appointment. She had to call them to find out about the status of her vehicle. They only called her when her vehicle was ready.
