Lawunna said she was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate because she has full coverage and when she explained how she got hit they did not want to do a full diagnosis. She requested this business to get a CD out of the CD player for her and they told her that it would cost her money. She said she feels the CD is stuck because of the accident she had and it should be covered. For these reasons she would not recommend this business.
