Vivian said this business did not fix her vehicle to her satisfaction. The back door latch does not lock properly and sometimes it needs to be opened from the outside. She was very satisfied with the paint job. Her fuse box cover was left inside her engine compartment where she found it later. She took it to them and they put it on, but they did not apologize to her and they did not offer any compensation. She was told her vehicle would be ready in 16 days, but she waited one or two days longer than expected because her alternator had died. They told her she had to pay for the new one. She said her alternator was fine before she took her vehicle to them. They did not keep her informed about the status of her vehicle and she had to contact them to get information. She was not involved in the estimate process. Some of the people were nice, but all of them were condescending to her as if she had no knowledge about vehicles. She said Mitch and Rod were good to her and Rod actually apologized to her for some of the problems. She suggested they could have been more informative, especially since she is a woman. They could have been more courteous and not parked her vehicle in the rain, they could have put it inside when she picked it up. She said they should wear name tags or introduce themselves because she never knew to whom she was speaking with. She will not be recommending them based on this experience.
