Curtis said the body work was excellent but his vehicle was not returned the way he left it with them. When he got his vehicle back his blinkers were not working. His hazard lights and a couple of lights inside were not working too. They had to unhook his battery for something and he is not sure why they did that. There was no promised time given and he chose not to elaborate on it. They did not keep him informed during the repair process. They only called when his vehicle was ready to be picked up.

Curtis tried to claim 3 different claims on one, his insurance company told him he had to make a second claim and they would combine two of the claims on the rear of his vehicle into one, it took him a week to file the second claim and his vehicle was at the shop. His insurance company denied the problem with his lights because it is a bad switch.
