Karen said the inside of her vehicle was found to be dusty and dirty. They did not keep her inform, but she was told when it was ready. She left this business with a ding on the passenger door due to the pole. The male employee was being insensitive about the ding that happened. It seems it was brushed off. She would not recommend this business due to the reason mentioned. She suggests removing those poles.
