Ethel said her overall experience with them could be better, if they would have all the payments done in one office. She had service work and body shop work done. She uses a walker. It's hard for her to stand there, while someone runs all over getting the paper work. They didn't keep her adequately informed during the repair process. They told her ahead of time what they were going to do. That was fine with her. She was already aware of it. She had called them, and they returned her call. They wanted to know if she had any fluid leaks. They checked it out and she did. They fixed it. She didn't have any communication with the shop as far as she knows. They are expensive. She would recommend them if they have a Cadillac, because that's the place to go if they do.
