Spoke with Jeff. He rated them a 3 for his overall satisfaction because there was an issue with the timing. The rim part they ordered has not come in yet. Jeff said it's not their fault. The communication could have been better at the beginning. He had to keep taking is vehicle back to have different parts installed. Towards the end the communication got better.
