Spoke with Richard. Richard said the overall experience with the business was good, and he primarily handled the auto body visit. He spoke with a representative every day regarding the updated information about their vehicle. The representatives found additional damages, and submitted the information to the insurance company. They paid for the work to be completed, and then the body shop representatives were able to perform the work. The representatives treated them well, they performed a very good level of service, and everything was fine. After they bought the vehicle from the business, he believed in the business, and didn't want to take his vehicle to any other repair facility. He was satisfied with the quality of the workmanship, and he even took a drive to and from Georgia. His vehicle drove fine during his trip.
