Spoke with Diane. She rated her experience a 3 because the vehicle was not ready on the estimated time. She was told to pick it up in 2 days, but when she did, it was not to her satisfaction and some of the work was not done. She said there was some mechanical problem with the shop. No one called her except to pick up the vehicle and she didn't deal with the estimator.
