Perlina said she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because they didn't do what she asked them to do. They did not clean out the vents and the door is still tore up. They did not give her a promised set date and she did not know why. She does not know why she was not kept informed, they only talked to the adjuster. She was not satisfied with the communication because they did not ask what she wanted done to the vehicle. This is also the reason why she does not recommend this business. She said they need to do a better job.

Mrs.Perlina wanted the insurance company to pay for old damage that wasnt part of the accident and they would not agree to it.
