Rickey said he did not receive a phone call letting him know the progress of his vehicle. Also Rickey said his vehicle was not ready when promised due to the lack of communication, but he didn't specify how late the vehicle was. For these reasons, Rickey said he was not satisfied with this business' communication nor was he kept adequately informed during the repair process.
