Richard said he was not completely satisfied with his overall purchase experience because they really screwed up while installing the tailgate spoiler, roof rails and rack that he purchased with the vehicle. He was not completely satisfied with the handling of the financing because they were pushing too hard on the extended warranty. He was not completely satisfied with the delivery of his vehicle and would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned.
