"Thorough Review of Problem"
Car was towed to them due to loss of power and engine dying on me. Car ER explained what the original problem was and even pointed out two other things that the car needed and they did not pressure me on getting the other two things completed right away. Original problem was fixed and since then I have found out they were 100% correct in the other two things that still need to be fixed. They are very honest and did a great job on my car. The only issue was they were a little sloppy in leaving grease on the left arm rest. I would still recommend them to anyone needing car repair.

Mr. Maes,
When you brought in your Avalon for the crank position sensor, we had discovered that your water pump was in fact leaking. You did tell us that you already knew this. We suggested the replacement of the timing belt in conjunction with the water pump because it would be about the same amount of labor involved (it would save you money by not having to do this twice). You called this morning stating that your water pump was leaking even more. This is not suprising because the membrane behind the "weephole" of the water pump deteriorates faster once there is a leak. It does not get better with time, only worse. To insinuate that we caused it to leak more is insulting. We have a lot of reviews from our customers. 99% of these reviews are 5 star because we DO NOT operate a shady business.
