Awful visit
The 2 attendants both appeared new, and neither seemed to know what they were doing. Very poor customer service skills overall. Very rude comments by female attendant with no clue about her job duties. Neither were tactful in their communication skills. Both very unprofessional and anxious. Previous experiences with past staff were much better.
