Michael said he was not completely satisfied with the overall experience because there are lingering unspecified problems. Also, it took a long time to get his vehicle back. His vehicle was not ready when promised. There was a parts delay and the timing was extended to three weeks. They somewhat updated him. He was not completely satisfied with the communication for that reason. At this point, he would not recommend this facility to others for the reasons mentioned.
