Todd said he really liked the workmanship, and the representatives performed a very good job. He can not even tell where they blended the paint services they provided on his vehicle. His repair service was completed 3 days earlier than promised. This was his first time using Cascade Collision Repair for repair services. When he received his vehicle, it was completely detailed.

Shawn said that he has a broken blinker bulb on the left side, where the vehicle was worked on. He added that the bolts that hold the gas caps in were sticking out at least an inch and a half. Luckily he had the tool he needed to fix the issue. He said he appreciates his vehicle being ready a day early, but it would have been helpful if they went over the work before giving the vehicle back.

April said she rated 4 on the overall experience and her only issue was that the gas tank was almost full when she brought it, but the tank was almost empty when she picked up her vehicle, so she wasn't very happy about that. She spent $50 on gas the morning of the accident. Everything else was great, and her vehicle looks good.
