Teisha said she was not completely happy with the body work because the alignment needs to be looked at again. She added that the business is very willing to go back and take a look at the issue. Her vehicle was 1 day late and she does not remember the reason for the delay, it was not a big deal. The paint work from a previous visit, about a year ago, is starting to chip and come off, but the business offered to redo the work. She was very impressed with the professionalism of the personnel and the way they treated her. She appreciated that they were so willing and helpful when it came to fixing her issues. They were very easy to work with.

Greg said he was not completely satisfied with the paint work performed because they couldn't match the paint with the vehicle. He understands it's difficult to match paint that's faded. The vehicle took 2 days longer than originally promised. They found additional damage. They kept him updated throughout the whole process.

Clinton said he appreciated this businesses follow-up call. He stated the paint work looks great, and it matches and blends in with the rest of the paint. Clinton commented when he got his vehicle back it had been professionally detailed, and it looked nicer than it did when he purchased his vehicle. He remarked the personnel were very attentive from the time he came in to the time he left, and he appreciated them setting up his rental vehicle for him. Clinton mentioned he's very picky, and has to return to this business when he gets a chance because a headlight they installed needs a couple of minor adjustments. He concluded he will return to this business for future repairs.
