Spoke with Andrew. He said when he got his vehicle back, his radio was reset and it wouldn't turn on. He had to refer to his owner's manual to fix it and he thought that was annoying.

Laura said she was in a big accident years ago and worked with this business and they did an excellent job so when she spoke with her insurance company she requested the business. Her insurance worked with the business and she was glad because they did such a good job on her vehicle on her last visit.

Mike said no paint work was performed. His vehicle was delayed a day without a firm date, but no reason was provided. His vehicle sat from Wednesday to Friday until he called to find out why the estimate wasn't done. He was told they were busy and had gotten behind. The personnel could communicate better. Mike chose this business, because it had the same name as his business.

Chris gave a rating of 4 for the overall experience because they forgot to fix a floor mat. He had specifically requested they fix this floor mat. There was also no phone call when the vehicle was ready even though the business said they would call him. When Chris called at 5 PM the business said the vehicle had been ready all day, but there was no way for Chris to have known this. This also created problems with the rental company. He was also referred by a reputable personal source.
