Spoke with Kirk. He said this business also did a great job repainting a vehicle for him. Kirk stated his family has a shop, and for about 10 plus years they've used this business for some jobs, and they've had no complaints. He knew they did really high quality stuff, so when he had a sports car he wanted painted, and he wanted a high end job, he brought it to this business and they did a great job for the money. They're courteous, and they do great work.

Chase said his overall experience with them could've been better. His vehicle was delayed a few times. There was no promised time. It took longer than anticipated. His vehicle wasn't returned in a clean condition. There were fingerprints on the back seat, also dust in the vehicle. They were supposed to call him Monday about a part. He still hasn't heard from them. He's going to call them today. He said he thought he heard about them from seeing a billboard.

Spoke with Andrew. He said when he got his vehicle back, his radio was reset and it wouldn't turn on. He had to refer to his owner's manual to fix it and he thought that was annoying.
