Mike said no paint work was performed. His vehicle was delayed a day without a firm date, but no reason was provided. His vehicle sat from Wednesday to Friday until he called to find out why the estimate wasn't done. He was told they were busy and had gotten behind. The personnel could communicate better. Chris gave a rating of 4 for the overall experience because they forgot to fix a floor mat. He had specifically requested they fix this floor mat. There was also no phone call when the vehicle was ready even though the business said they would call him. When Chris called at 5 PM the business said the vehicle had been ready all day, but there was no way for Chris to have known this. This also created problems with the rental company. He was also referred by a reputable personal source.

Jason said he did not score the highest because he needs to take back his vehicle. He went in for a 4 wheel alignment and one of his wheels is still a little off. The business cleaned his vehicle inside and out, vacuumed and wiped down everything. They gave it a nice look and even put a plastic mat inside. He would definitely go back to the business for future needs. Jason would definitely recommend this business for service.

Julio said he was not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work, because there was a problem between the insurance company and the business, regarding the paint service to be completed on his vehicle. The insurance would not cover the cost to paint the door handles, and also the front fender on his vehicle. The colors were all black, but they were different shades of black. 1 door was completely replaced, and the other door was fixed and painted. John called a couple of times, as soon as he found out he wasn't completely satisfied. Then, John really tried to help him resolve the issue with the insurance company. He was really nice, and he performed a good job. He was completely satisfied with the paint service completed on his vehicle, except for the reasons above. This was the only problem with the vehicle, and it wasn't the business' fault. He would absolutely recommend the business for repair services.
