Jason said he did not score the highest because he needs to take back his vehicle. He went in for a 4 wheel alignment and one of his wheels is still a little off. The business cleaned his vehicle inside and out, vacuumed and wiped down everything. They gave it a nice look and even put a plastic mat inside. He would definitely go back to the business for future needs. Jason would definitely recommend this business for service.

Julio said he was not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work, because there was a problem between the insurance company and the business, regarding the paint service to be completed on his vehicle. The insurance would not cover the cost to paint the door handles, and also the front fender on his vehicle. The colors were all black, but they were different shades of black. 1 door was completely replaced, and the other door was fixed and painted. John called a couple of times, as soon as he found out he wasn't completely satisfied. Then, John really tried to help him resolve the issue with the insurance company. He was really nice, and he performed a good job. He was completely satisfied with the paint service completed on his vehicle, except for the reasons above. This was the only problem with the vehicle, and it wasn't the business' fault. He would absolutely recommend the business for repair services.

Delane said the cleanliness of the business was better than he expected. Not just the front office was clean, but the back where they do work was very clean. The back looked like a doctors office ready to do good work. This business is the best around.

Al said his vehicle was ready 2 hours before the time it was promised. He is a repeat customer, but he heard about the business by driving by a billboard advertisement. He has had to get his vehicle repaired many times and when he has a choice, he always chooses to go to this business. He is a huge a fan of them and they should keep doing the great job they are doing.

Spoke with Christa. She said her vehicle was not ready when promised because they forgot to order the parts for the repair and could not start on the vehicle for another week. She could not answer if she was completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because she was not with Scott when he spoke with them. This business looked nice.
