Debbie stated there was no paint work performed. She also chose this business, because the insurance company sent her here for an estimate. It had been arranged and was all set up to be taken care of by the insurance, but it was changed, and nobody contacted her. When she came to pick up her vehicle, this business expected a $500 payment, and in the 3 days they had her vehicle, nobody said a word to her. She didn't have the money but they wouldn't give her the vehicle so she didn't have a choice. She had to pay the deductible even though it was the fault of the other person. They also didn't tell her the rental wasn't covered and now Enterprise is calling her. Due to the above, she wasn't satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel. She wouldn't recommend this business and she didn't think it was very professional or courteous to do the work and never say a word. It put her between a rock and a hard place. Debbie hadn't come for the repairs after it was first set up because her child was sick and she needed her vehicle. The insurance company had issued a $750 check to this business, but they sent it back to the insurance company. The insurance company didn't receive the returned check and they issued a check for $250 to this business. This business never told her when it changed. This business didn't give her a choice about having the work done.
