William said the only disappointment he has is when the business found out that it would take an additional 2 weeks to complete the repairs they did not inform him of this and he had to call to find out the progression of service. He was told they could not finish his vehicle in time due to other customers they had to take care of, which made him feel that they did not see him as a priority. The overall service was good. They could not wash his vehicle due to weather.
