Michelle said the vehicle was at the business too long and the stereo in the vehicle was not in good shape when the vehicle was returned. This repair was done on the daughter's vehicle. The business did not give them a promise time. The business called after 3 weeks and said the vehicle would be ready early the following week. This did not happen and the business again gave another time when it would be ready. The vehicle was in the business for 1 month. The stereo in the vehicle was completely disconnected and a cord to the stereo was damaged when the daughter picked up the vehicle. The daughter was not happy with this and she took the vehicle to a stereo shop to have the stereo repaired and put back together. The accident repair area of the vehicle should not have required work on the stereo. The business did not explain why the stereo was not put back together after the autobody work was done. Michelle said communication by the business was mediocre and they had to call the business for updates. Michelle would not recommend this business because she does not understand why this took so long and why the stereo was left in such bad condition. Her daughter may contact this business about reimbursement because she had to pay herself to repair the stereo and she is not happy with how the business handled this.
