Alexus said the business got her in as soon as they could and got her out when they said they would. She said her husband felt the white of the new bumper did not quite match, but she felt it did. Her vehicle is a pearl white and they said there may be a slight difference in the texture between the body and the bumper, which made sense. She said there was a 1 day delay, but they had called her in advance and told her of a parts delay so she knew it was going to be a day later.
