Michelle said the employees at this business were really friendly, good to work with and kept her informed with what was going on during service. Her vehicle was not ready when promised because it was the holidays. It was the week of Christmas and they were waiting to get the factory parts in. It was not their fault at all. They were apologetic and she told them it was all right because her insurance company provided her with a really nice rental. Her vehicle was returned in a very clean condition, inside and out, and she thought that was very nice. All of the employees were all really nice. There is a black smudge line on the passenger door that she did not think was there before, and the employees told her to bring her vehicle in and they will buff it right out. This facility is nice and clean and she would definitely recommend this business to others. She was very impressed and would definitely go back.
