Justin said he has taken his vehicle to this business on two different occasions and both times minor things were not done properly. It caused an inconvenience to him because he had to make a second trip back to the facility. They should have done a thorough quality check instead of him pointing out the things that they did not do. Everything else was good and they do a good job on the work they complete. His vehicle was not ready when promised because they had to do a couple of quick fixes which took about 30 to 45 minutes. On a prior experience, they had to redo a paint job, which caused his vehicle to be a day late.
