Chase said he has a really good relationship with Joe, he uses him a lot and he is easy to work with. He was not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work or the paint work performed because there was a drip in the paint and there were dimples. It was polished over, but he feels that he should not have to point things out and the next time he brings the vehicle in for repairs he does not want to be contacted unless the paint is perfect. He was disappointed about the lack of quality control and it was not acceptable.
